Wild Orange may seem odd for sleep, considering you find it in almost every "energizing" blend, but it is actually a great sleep aid. As with most citrus, WIld Orange is an incredible mood booster and anti-stress oil. It contains Myrcene and Linalool, both of which are terpenes that interact with neurotransmitters that control feelings of well being, ease stress, anxiety and insomnia.

Here are a few of my favorite diffuser blends for sleep that include Wild Orange

{My Favorite Sleep Blend}



Wild Orange, Lavender and Vetiver: 1-2 drops of each in a diffuser at bedtime.

DIY tip, use an empty oil bottle, label it "sleep" and add your favorite oil blends and have it all ready to go. Then just add a few drops to your diffuser!



{ Grounded Sleep Blend }



Vetiver, Siberian Fir & Wild Orange. 1-2 drops of each in your diffuser at bedtime.

DIY tip, use a dropper top (i got mine on amazon) for your Vetiver! It makes using this thick oil much easier!
